With a wide range of designs and materials you have plenty of choice when decorating your outdoor areas with House Doctor. Read on to learn more about our outdoor selection, the materials we use and how to best care for them, making sure they last for many seasons to come.

Bamboo
Bamboo is among the more strong and durable types of wood which makes it a great material for our outdoor furniture. While bamboo is quite durable, it is always a good idea to take good care of it to minimise everyday wear and tear. Leaving your bamboo furniture out in the rain is for example not recommended as it will shorten the lifespan of the material. If your furniture has become wet, we recommend wiping them dry with a cloth. In summer this might not be a problem, depending on where you live, but in wintertime it can be a good idea to either cover up your bamboo furniture or, even better, move them inside where it is dry. Regular cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap can extend the lifespan of the bamboo even further.
If bamboo is the right material for you, check out the light and timeless design of our Sedeo furniture which are all made from bamboo, creating a laid-back and coherent look in your outdoor areas.
