Diced Feta Salad with Green Olives and Chilli Flakes

A simple sharing dish of diced feta and green olives, finished with Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil, Salt Chilli and Spice It Up Chilli Flakes for a bold, Mediterranean-inspired flavour.

Ingredients
• 200 g feta cheese 
• 20 Nicolas Vahé Green Olives
• 1 tbsp Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil
• Nicolas Vahé Salt Chilli, to taste
• Nicolas Vahé Spice It Up Chilli Flakes, to taste

Method

Cut the feta into neat cubes, roughly the same size as the olives.

Arrange the feta and olives in a decorative checkerboard or diced pattern on a serving platter.

Drizzle with Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil and season with Nicolas Vahé Salt Chilli.

Finish with a light sprinkling of Nicolas Vahé Spice It Up Chilli Flakes and serve immediately.
