This salt blend from Nicolas Vahé with dried mushrooms will make your dishes stand out. It consists of dried mushrooms and sea salt and is perfect for dishes as chicken, meat, pasta and risotto. The mill comes with a ceramic grinder which gives you finely ground spices. This releases the oils for more aroma and flavour in your dishes. Please note that the ceramic grinder is not available on the US market.
