Vegetable Crudités with Dip or Pesto

A colourful platter of crisp seasonal vegetables served with Nicolas Vahé Spicy Garlic Pesto or Bruschetta. A simple, fresh appetiser that's perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Vegetables
• Cucumber
 • Carrots
 • Sugar snap peas
 • Radishes
 • Radicchio
 • Green asparagus To Serve
 • Lemon juice
 • Spice: Season with Nicolas Vahé salt and pepper
 • 1 bowl of dip or pesto, such as Nicolas Vahé Spicy Garlic Pesto or Bruschetta

Method

Wash and prepare all the vegetables.

Cut the cucumber and carrots into batons, slice the radishes, separate the radicchio leaves, and trim the asparagus and sugar snap peas as needed.

Arrange the vegetables on a large serving platter or stand them upright in glasses for an elegant presentation.

If desired, drizzle with a little fresh lemon juice and season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve alongside a bowl of Nicolas Vahé Spicy Garlic Pesto or Bruschetta as a dip.

Tip: For a more generous sharing platter, serve both dips and let guests mix and match flavours with the different vegetables.
