Create return
If you wish to make a return, please log onto our return portal using your e-mail and order number. Mark the products you want to return and follow the instructions.

Right of cancellation
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to pick it up or by not accepting it upon delivery. You can, however, cancel your purchase by returning it within 14 days.
Return shipping costs
If you wish to make a full or partial return, the standard return shipping cost and other fees associated with the return must be paid by you. The standard return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when we have registered your return. Make sure to wrap the item securely as you carry the risk until we receive the item. We recommend you use track & trace.
Due to their large size, some items cannot be sent by regular delivery. The carrier Dachser handles returns of most pieces of furniture such as sofas, dinner tables, cabinets, chairs etc. To create a return with Dachser, please contact us at hello@housedoctor.com.
Return rules
The item must be in a 100% resalable condition. If we determine that the returned item has been damaged or its value has been decreased, this will be deducted from the total refund. The original packaging must be intact. Please note that we do not receive returns for parcel shops, post office or via DAO.
Refund
You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail when we have registered your return. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 days, please send an e-mail to our customer service.
