Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

No, that’s not possible. If you regret your purchase, you are welcome to make a return. If you forgot to add an item to your cart, you’re also welcome to place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

No, your order cannot be canceled, but you are welcome to make a return.  

What is your delivery time and delivery costs?

1-3 business days with standard delivery.

Enjoy free delivery on orders over 499 kr.

Standard delivery fee for purchases below 499 kr: 49 kr.

How can I track my order?

When you’ve placed an order, you will receive an e-mail with an order number. Once your order has been sent, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number to follow your parcel.  

I didn’t receive a tracking number. What do I do?

Start by checking the spam filter in your inbox. If you didn’t receive the e-mail, please contact our customer service on hello@housedoctor.com.

My items are damaged. What do I do?

If one or more items are damaged upon delivery or appears flawed, please contact our customer service on hello@housedoctor.com.

How do I make a return?

If you want to return an item, please go to our return portal. Enter your order number and tick the items you want to return. Print out the return label which is generated and attach it to your parcel. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Your original payment method will be refunded for your purchase. For instance, if you paid with Visa, we will refund the money to your Visa card. It can take up to two weeks before you see the amount on your account.

Why don’t you have a store locator?

We don’t have our own stores but sell to a wide range of retailers. For that reason, we don’t have access to their stock status and are not able to tell you whether an item is available in a store near you.
