We ship regular parcels with GLS. GLS delivers to ParcelShops all weekdays and Saturdays (for ParcelShops which are open on Saturdays)

GLS delivers to home addresses all weekdays.

Delivery of furniture and large items

Dachser delivers furniture and larger items to your home address. You will be contacted by Dachser after placing your order to confirm the delivery time, so you are sure to be home upon delivery.

How do I track my order
One you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail with an order number. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with your tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours (Mon-Fri) before the tracking is updated. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam filter or contact our customer service. If you have created an account when you placed your order, you can log in and follow your order status.

For delivery of larger items and furniture, you will be contacted by the shipping company and asked to confirm the delivery date.
